A fine example of exactly WHY it is good to search for a local business. We arranged for Kane Hood to carry out the work, at our convenience, this morning having spoken to him on Saturday. He had the courtesy to call us prior to arrival to confirm his ETA and arrived on time fully equipped to do the job. A quick analysis proved that parts were required and he went away to purchase them. He returned, fitted the parts, checked his work and for, other potential problems, provided us with a VERY acceptable Invoice and all the paperwork required. VERY impressed.

Highly recommend Hood Plumbing. We had a shower screen fitted by a true professional. Very friendly. He truly went the extra mile for us and we are so pleased by the result. He was extremely patient even though our dog was being a nuisance. I really cannot fault any level of the service and will be using the company again.

I am very happy with the standard of work provided. I found that Kane had a very professional approach as well as being fast and accurate. Kane managed to fix a job for me that 2 prior plumbers could not. Very thankful! Great service and I would definitely use Kane at HPH again.
